Protegear Sports

Protegear Sports is an application with which sporting events can be processed fully automatically. To do this, it is necessary to make the sporting event itself known to the system; the participants/teams are also defined and each participant is assigned a device or an IMEI.

When the competition is started, the data sent by the devices is specially processed.

Sports

There are an endless number of sports and even more ways to regulate the competitions. Each regulation specifies how the competition is to be run, how times are to be measured, etcpp. In order to support as many types as possible, Protegear Sports offers the concept of the Reducer where the core logic of a competition is not provided by the system but by the creator of the competition.

The creator must be proficient in Javascript for this; this makes it possible to provide different types of measurements or ratings (rankings). The exact processing is described in a separate document.
